1, Product  Description :

(1). The product is made of polystyrene (GPPS) as the main raw material, can also be  made with PMMA Acrylic as well. Produced by extrusion  machine  and  embossed on the surface.Double side patterned is also available.

(2). Patterns are irregularly distributed on the surface.

(3). Panels are capable for mechanical processing,thermoplastic molding,blow foaming,vacuum foaming,neutral solvent bonding,thermal printing,silk-screen printing and etc,.

(4). A UV stabilizer can be added to prolong the yellowing time.

2, Suggested  Application :

Suitable for bathroom shower Doors, kitchen cabinet decoration, furniture decoration, and on folding doors.

These patterned panels can also play an aesthetic role in decorative lighting fixtures.

1. Panels can be cut in specific sizes and shapes if provide with drawings in advance.
